The Behavioral Youth Counselor (Memphis or Linden, TN) This position works with youth outside of the school setting to plan therapeutic activities for them and help them to develop more positive behaviors and coping skills. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in a social services major and hands-on experience (volunteering, mentoring, internship) working with at-risk, inner-city or severely behaviorally challenged youth.
