YV360 Selection Process
The selection process for YV 360 comprises six steps, each building on the last. Each candidate will be informed of his or her status immediately following all selection decisions. The YV 360 Leadership Team will communicate with all candidates via e-mail or phone throughout the selection process.
Step One: Application Part 1
- General Employment Application.
Step Two: Application Part 2
- YV 360 Application including essay questions
- Access will be sent via e-mail to candidates chosen to move on
Step Three: 1st Phone Interview
- 45-60 minute interview with a member of the recruiting team (scheduled via e-mail)
Step Four: Interview Days
- Interview dates and interview locations TBD
- 2nd Interview with Residential Leadership Staff
- Residential Campus Tour
- Observations
Step Five: Official Offers Extended
