Gerald Laurain

Gerald Laurain serves as Treasurer of the Youth Villages board of directors and Chairman of their Investment Committee. He retired in 2024 from First Horizon Bank where he served for 17 years as Chief Investment Office of First Horizon Advisors, Inc. and President, Advisory Services.

Prior to First Horizon, Laurain held various institutional sales, research and trading roles for a number of Wall Street firms as well as memberships at the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and others. He is an alum of Case Western Reserve University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Math/Stat and a Master of Science in Management (Finance).
