Hannah finds her way
Hannah knew she needed additional help and support. She was referred to LifeSet to work on her struggles with mental health and abandonment. She wanted someone to hold her accountable and be her cheerleader as she worked toward her goals, and that’s exactly what LifeSet gave her.
With her specialist to guide her, Hannah worked on vicarious trauma, self-care and boundaries. She also learned communication skills, time management and applied to new colleges. Hannah also learned to create and follow a budget, improved her credit score and recently purchased her own car.
Now, Hannah is ready to face the world and credits her success to LifeSet. She found a job that she loves as a peer support specialist and has re-enrolled in college where she plans to study environmental biology.
“I am so lucky to have been in LifeSet. I don’t know where I would be if I didn’t have the opportunity to join this program. I hope everyone like me can have access to these services. It’s so important to know that you don’t have to face these things alone.”
