Youth Villages adds two national board members

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (Aug. 14, 2017) – Youth Villages today announced the addition of two new members to its national board of directors: Gerald Laurain, chief investment officer of First Tennessee Bank Advisors, and Elizabeth Rose, co-founder and partner of Caiola & Rose, LLC in Decatur, Georgia.

            As CIO of First Tennessee Bank Advisors and President of Advisory Services, Laurain and his staff have provided research and analytical support since 2007 to more than 100 investment advisors, financial planners and trust officers located across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. He serves as chair of FTB Advisors Investment Committee and as a member of the bank’s Retirement Investment Committee. Prior to joining FTB, Laurain was director of alternative investments at LaSalle Bank in Chicago, Illinois, where is he was co-founder and director of LaSalle’s Corporate Finance Group.

Rose specializes in franchise and bankruptcy law, representing numerous Atlanta-based franchisors, commercial landlords and digital service providers. Prior to co-founding the law firm of Caiola & Rose LLC, she was an associate at the international law firm of Troutman Sanders LLP and served as the long-time law clerk to federal judge, the Honorable Mary Grace Diehl. Her late father-in-law, Mike Rose, served for several years on the national board for Youth Villages, leading several committees and initiatives on behalf of the organization.

The new board members join the current national board chaired by Bryan Jordan, CEO of First Horizon National Corporation. The Youth Villages current national board includes 18 members from across the United States.
